Why wont the games in dominoes not load after i have put in the lettered and numbered code?

i sign in, i go to mutiplayer, i hit dominoes, i choose a room, i get to the code, put it in, it goes to where it suppose to load, but it dosent, i wait three minutes hit it again, nothing, please tell me why.my emai,is mr3billion@yahoo.comWhy wont the games in dominoes not load after i have put in the lettered and numbered code?
