My guess is that your computer doesn't have either enough memory or Video memory. If your computer is older than a couple of years I would guess it could be both. Games use a lot of memory. You can buy more to put in your computer. All you have to do is find out what kind your computer needs and buy it. Easy to install. Take the back off and just plug in the new card. Trun the computer back on and you are done. Depending on size of memory you buy you shouldn't spend over $50 or $60 dollars. Your computer will run a lot faster.
