That'd be amazing to see places like Mexico, then the Central American nations, and all the others down south legalize it too.
Hopefully it'll spread worldwide. And maybe even in Italy!!!
Then the Pope will only have a few square feet to hide from it in his Vatican fortress :DWhen Gay Marriage is legalized throughout America, will neighboring nations legalize it like dominoes?
Actually, most of the developed world already has legalized it years ago. The US is among the last countries in the developed world to not have legalized it yet. Most of the rest of the developed world moved forward with this issue a while ago.
The rest of the world will legalize gay marriage whether or not the US does first. Hopefully, the banana Republics don't end up legalizing gay marriage before the US does. When Gay Marriage is legalized throughout America, will neighboring nations legalize it like dominoes?
Argentina, Belgium, Canada Iceland, Netherlands, Norway Portugal, Spain, South Africa, and Sweden legalized same-sex marriage during or after 2001. Mexico City has been recently added to the list (2009 or 2010 i think). Israel and the United States are the only countries that have some jurisdictions not perform same sex marriage, but recognize it in some places (5 or 6 states in the U.S). I think it will take more years for the south to legalize it.
You're behind the times. Mexico City adopted same-sex marriage in March 2010. And in August 2010 the Mexican Supreme Court ruled that the entire country must recognize it.
Canada has accepted gay marriage since July 2005. It is also recognized in Argentina and some parts of Venezuela. When Gay Marriage is legalized throughout America, will neighboring nations legalize it like dominoes?
We will be enlightened on the next step in marriage------ polygamy------ then bestiality------- then underage------- then family members------ then lifelike plastic robots. 50 years ago gay marriage would not have been even considered as on the radar. I doubt 1 person in 1000 would have thought it worthy of marriage status. Modern thinkers have opened the doors to gay marriage and the perversions to follow. Man/woman marriage is doomed in the future and with it the family/ children will pay the price.
Mexicans men marry women and have lots of children with them, Most keep their "boyfriends" too. They come and go across our porous southern borders spreading disease.
Mexicans are still angry at Americans for stealing their land, so they send their losers north to re-inhabit their lost territories. Washington retaliates by sending them our jobs. Now Obama wants to, literally, give away the farm. His immigration policies reflect just that.
Most Mexican immigrants are failures in their home countries, because they are lazy and look for the easy way. Their homelands are filled with factory jobs that had once been held by Americans on US soil. They enter the US illegally, because entering the US legally requires some effort and they want the easy way. They don't value education and, consequently, neither do their children. Many look to crime instead of work that requires education and training. After all. they're looking for the easy way.
Now Obama wants to pave the easy way for these people by giving them a free ride. When Gay Marriage is legalized throughout America, will neighboring nations legalize it like dominoes?
It's already legal in Mexico City and recognized everywhere in Mexico. It's also legal in Argentina, and, of course, Canada.
In Uruguay, Chile and Brazil, the topic of legalizing it has come up in legislatures.

"I wouldn't hold my breath for the Catholic countries to get on board."
Ironically, Spain and Portugal already have it legal. England and Germany don't.
The only thing "Gay Marriage" is going to do is make a mockery of marriage as a state recognized institution. I see it going back to the churches, personally.
Why does a pastor have to say, "By this license vested in me..." He could just do it under Biblical authority.
What planet are you living on ?? Canada has it and has for quite some time - right next door !!
Why is it always Mexico and Central America when the finest democracy in the world, spawned in Great Britain is at your border - all 5000 miles of it !!??
It won't be legal in America, I wished the gays would move to the countries where it is so I don't have to listen to them whining anymore.
No. The cultural differences are too great. The cult of machismo is strong in our neighbors to the south as is the catholic church.
Probably not as most nations already had except nations that probably never will.
Do not knosw about that. But liberals will start making trouble, because they can't marry ewes.
Anything to cause trouble to further the NWO.
We ain`t PLAYING dominoes and there is no such animal as gay marriage.
First of all it won't be legalized in America. Every time I see it on the ballot I will continue to vote "NO".
Dominoes has gay marriage AND pizza?
Well, its already legal in Canada. So that leaves Mexico, which I wouldn't hold my breath on.
Easy, Nan. It ain't gonna happen.
who cares? its a non issue with REAL problems facing the world... now get back in the closet already Nancy
No
I expect they will have found the cure by then...
I wouldn't hold my breath for the Catholic countries to get on board.
Awe yes, there is that American ethnocentrism alive and well again!
Newsflash folks: You are not the center of the world--particularly on social issues like gay marriage.
You are not "leading the way". You are muchly behind the times with regard to same-sex marriage which has been legal in your most northern neighbour of Canada for quite a few years. I believe Mexico is even ahead of you as are many countries in Europe.
