I'm wondering is it hard? I've heard from a few people its fast paced...but its just making pizza, can't be that hard can it?

It depends on what you will be doing. If you will be taking orders over the phone and you like the contact with people, you will like it. As a driver... you have to have sense of direction and know karate, just in case of those sudden visitors. Caution will be # 1 rule to apply and that's every one, every where now days.
