How to make the perfect pizza crust, like Dominoes.?

I have tried several attempts to make a pizza crust - Im not keen on the supermarket ones they are too pastry like and hard. I really like Dominoes pizzas.

Does anyone know the secret ingredient to achieve the perfect doughy pizza base? How to make the perfect pizza crust, like Dominoes.?
I make my own pizza all the time, beats any pizza express / zizzi's / ask pizza I've ever had! But, like you, sometimes you just want a nice greasy filthy domino's with a chewy base slavered in garlic and herb dip...nom nom nom...making me want one!! For ages, I've been wondering how they make their dough, even asked it myself on here. Then the other day, whilst googling recipes, I came across a pizza dough base that uses a ciabatta bread mix, and thinking about it the texture of Domino's is kinda similar to freshly baked ciabatta. I have not tried it yet but I figured its worth trying, let me know if this inspires you to try. You can pick up ciabatta bread mix's from most large supermarkets, will be down the baking aisle with the flour. How to make the perfect pizza crust, like Dominoes.?
For goodness sake! Please do not compare Domino's pizza bases with the real thing. They are commercially produced rubbish. The recipe you have been given is spot on and all I would add is that when you have rolled it out, paint it (with a pastry brush) with olive oil and bake it in the oven before you put the topping on. Keep the temperature down to about 180 and take it out when it is just, and I mean just, starting to go golden brown. This is important as a domestic oven cannot go hot enough to bake the base without it going soggy in the middle with all the topping on. Then put your stuff on the top - a well made tomato sauce, buffalo mozzerella and a few olves (anchovies if you like them and then back in the oven at the highest temp you can get it. As soon as the cheese is melted it is ready - the cheese should not be brown as that is overdone - it just needs to be soft and stringy. How to make the perfect pizza crust, like Dominoes.?
really good pizza crust must be made with a yeast dough, and it must be cooked at high temperatures.

I agree with others that Dominoes does not have the paragon of crusts, but if that is what you like, then you don't have to worry about high temps... use this recipe.

1 package active dry yeast

1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 cups bread flour

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons white sugar

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups bread flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3. Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Form dough into a round and roll out into a pizza crust shape. Cover with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. How to make the perfect pizza crust, like Dominoes.?
If you think Dominoes has the perfect pizza crust you have never had quality pizza. To me, getting a crust like Dominoes offers is to cut up a cardboard box and use it as a base for the fake toppings.
Which do you want? Perfect crust or one like Domino's? For a chewy crust, try baking longer at a lower temperature.
