Does a player continue to draw from boneyard during lockdown in a game of dominoes?

While playing a game of dominoes, my opponent block all plays with the seventh domino, none remaining in the boneyard. I thought the hand was over with whoever had the lowest points winning. He said I had to draw into the boneyard, getting all dominoes and tallying those up to be added to his score. Who is correct?|||google it see if you can get the instructions for you game there or is there is instructions in the box or whatever i can not honestly tell you but you should be able to get your answer on the net somewhere good luck|||The way I played it...you have to draw the yard....then count the points. Lowest points wins the hand and point. Lowest hand also leads off next round. I guess it all depends on house rules though.

I have seen the method of locking the board backfire on the person that did it. (myself namely)|||According to the way I was taught in the caribbean, he is correct.
