I think both places would probably start off with pay at the same rate which is $7.50 an hour. You would also get tips from the houses that you deliver too as well. Hopefully you would make good money in tips to make up for the low pay. As far as free pizza, you will most likely not get free pizza, but will get a discount off of your pizza orders.

They're the same. Both offers their drivers the same pay structure: Minimum Wage + Tips + Mileage
My neighbor has been delivering pizzas for dominos for at least 5 years now and he hasn't quit.
