Can anyone tell me a long and easy way to play dominoes?

I know how to play the basic way, but it takes like a minute. I want to learn how to play a game that will last long, not difficult, and with no math involved.Can anyone tell me a long and easy way to play dominoes?
There is a really fun way to play, using a double 12 domino set. It is called 'Mexican Train' (sorry not PC)! It is super simple, and everyone loves to play it. You can even play with 2-8 players. Sometimes a young child can team up with someone.



It might take a round or two to figure it out, but it is super fun, a great group game!!



Oh, and the ONLY math involved is counting up the dots (pips) on the dominoes at the end of each round (only if you choose to keep score).
